Cute Popsicle Postage Stamps

I was finishing up a batch of letters to the kids of SendKidsTheWorld.com when I realize I’m out of postage stamps. Good thing the post office is just two blocks away. I dread going to the post office. However, there was no line when I walked in. A good sign! The clerk took his time with me. He showed me all the different styles of stamps in stock. When he took out a sheet of popsicle stamps, my heart started thumping faster. Then he told me they are scratch-and-sniffs. Say what! Give me two sheets!

I was scratching and sniffing the stamps as I was walking home. I may have been skipping, too. It just brings me back to the days of grade school and getting scratch-and-sniff stickers was something special. These are perfect for the kids receiving my letters. I hope it will make them feel special.

Here are some details and where you can get some for yourself. These are forever stamps, and they are stickers. No yucky licking involved. At the time of this post, they are 50 cents each. A sheet will be ten dollars. They smell like SweeTarts. The scent is strong even without scratching. The clerk said it made the post office smell like a candy store. Indeed it did. They are called Frozen Treats, and they are available at the United State Postal Service (USPS) website and the post office (stock may vary). Sticker Eden is not affiliated with USPS in any way. I melted when I saw these popsicle postage stamps. I hope you find them fun and nostalgic. Add a special touch next time you send a letter.
