Ordering

Q. How to cancel an order?
A. If you created an account, you can log in and cancel the order as long as it is not processed. If you did not create an account, your order can not be canceled at this time.

 

Shipping

Q. How much is shipping?
A. We charge a $4.99 flat rate for shipping and it comes with tracking. Get free shipping on orders with $29 minimum.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A. Please allow 6 to 8 business days for order processing and delivery.

Q. Will I be able to track my order?
A. We will provide a tracking number once we pack the order. USPS is our carrier.

Q. Why does my tracking number come back without any information?
A. Once we hand over your package to USPS, it may take one or two days for tracking information to show up in the system.

Q. Do you ship to Canada?
A. We only ship within the USA at this time. We would love to go to Canada one day!


Return and Refund

Q. How do I return an item?
A. You can conveniently start the return process by going through our Return Center. Have your order number and email handy.

Q. Who pays for return shipping?
A. Oh no, things didn't work out. Sticker Eden will pay for return shipping.

Q. Where is my refund?
A. Please allow 6-8 business days for a refund to post to your payment account once the return is received. Read our full Refund Policy for details.

Q. What to do when the wrong item was delivered?
